We're the Battle Creek Area Clean Water Partners (formerly called the Southwest Michigan Clean Water Partners) — the City of Battle Creek, Calhoun County Road Commission, Calhoun County Drain Commissioner, City of Springfield, Bedford Township, Emmett Township, Leroy Township, Newton Township, and Pennfield Township. We have joined together for a common purpose — to help protect the water resources of our area and to help restore our rivers and lakes to the wildlife habitats and recreational uses once common in the area.
